Damaged Pedestal Box

Someone damaged the pedestal box this last season and it looks to be exposed to the elements. Not sure how to handle it as I am not a current Xfinity customer. I tried calling, and they stated that an Xfinity customer needs to call.

@user_25a3b5 than you so much for posting the information about the damaged pedestal on our amazing Xfinity forums. It's great that a non-customer like yourself is concerned enough to create a forums post like this and we are here to handle the issue.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. In this case the address where the broken pedestal exists. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
