Damaged pedestal at my service address

Hi — reporting a damaged pedestal at my service address.

While trimming a tree, a branch accidentally fell on the green telecom pedestal in my front yard. The lid is cracked with a hole in it and the side seam has split open. The internal equipment looks intact from the outside and my service is working normally, so this is a housing replacement rather than an outage.
It's no longer weather-tight and there are exposed openings, so I'd like it replaced.

I have photos available. Could you also provide a ticket number for tracking?
Thanks.

Hey there, @k931780511! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the damaged equipment outside the home, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would be more than happy to dive into the account details, and ensure a ticket is submitted for the equipment. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
