Damaged paving around outdoor utility access panel

I need to report damaged paving around an outdoor Xfinity utility access panel in Oakland. Please invite me to message Xfinity Support privately so I can share the exact location and photo and request field maintenance.

Hi there @user_h4579d! Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about this. Could you let me know if the actual utility access panel itself is damaged or open, or if the issue is strictly with the paving around it?

The visible damage is to the paving around the panel: broken asphalt and loose rubble leaving an uneven surface. I can't confirm the condition of the panel itself from the photo. Please invite me to message Xfinity Support privately so I can share the photo and exact location for inspection.

@user_h4579d if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, and the address, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
