Damaged outside box
I was outside today and noticed that the outside cover for our cable, before it comes into the house, had snapped off and the cables and splitter are exposed. Our service is working perfectly but we couldn’t get the cover back on over the cables ourselves. I tried to submit a form about this but there was no option for this particular issue. How can I get assistance?
