damaged outdoor box

Outdoor plastic box is damaged and interior contents are falling out, I would like an outdoor service call to fix this

user_s44qdz thank you for using the Community Forums page to reach out. Out of curiosity is the box you are referring to attached to a building or is it standing alone. Also, are you certain that it is related to Xfinity?

user_s44qdz thank you for clarifying that for me, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to take a closer look into this box. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
