Damaged green yard box with exposed cables
There is a damaged Comcast/Xfinity utility yard box located at or near [Edited: "Personal Information"] that needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
The box is physically damaged and has exposed wiring, creating a potential safety hazard, particularly for children in the area. The damaged condition also leaves the equipment exposed to weather and further damage. The HOA has contacted the property owner and is requiring that the damaged utility box be repaired or replaced.
Please dispatch a technician to inspect the equipment and replace the damaged yard box/enclosure as soon as possible due to the exposed wires and public safety concern.
