Damaged Green Utility Box

I am looking to have the service box at the end of my driveway repaired. It is bent over & the cover can come off. Wires are exposed at the bottom. We have been having issues with our internet as well, so I'm wondering if wires in it are damaged. What is the direct line of communication to coordinate to have this fixed?

To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. @XfinityHeather​ is there a direct phone number to call to do this? Consolidated Communications has a direct number to report damage and they create a service ticket on the spot.

Frankly, anyone should be able to report damage without having an account with you.

@25exeter Anyone, including individuals without our service, can report an issue and have it repaired. Please call 1-800-XFINITY. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
