Damaged exterior equipment

Customer Service number is useless, no way to schudle an onsite repair.. Exterior cable box damaged and needs replaced and cables maintained. Why is it so difficult to get this repaired?

Customer service responded the next day and a technician came out and replaced the outside box. Excellent response.
