Damaged Exterior Box (Comcast Tag inside)

I have tried to call the main number numerous times and finally got ahold of someone who was absolutely clueless as to what I was talking about.  I even had to sign in on my personal account to handle this since apparently there's no way to notify comcast of damages to their own utility boxes ... 

Near [Edited: "Personal Information"], there is a green utility box with comcast tags and wiring inside that has broken within the community.  I have attached a photo.

*Please update your phones and/or reporting line to include a place to report these types of matters.  It's asinine to go in circles to 'help' a company prevent further damages only to get a very rude run-around.
