Damaged Electrical Cabinet in Front Yard

Hello,

There is a large Comcast electrical cabinet (approximately 5ft tall grey box)in the front yard of our newly built community. I believe it is called a power pedestal. 

The cabinet was damaged several months ago and was left exposed to the elements through winter and is currently still damaged and open to the weather. We would like the electrical cabinet relocated to a nearby more suitable location. Can you please let me know who to contact regarding this?
