Damaged cable

Very frustrating that we cannot reach a live person. Our power was out last night and once returned xfinity reports outage issues and are working on the issue. My issue is that the xfinity cable was severed in two during this process thus any issues resolved at a central level will not help my issue of a severed xfinity cable. I tried through the website and via phone and can never get a live person. Anyone have any thoughts on speaking to someone about a severed cable (2 pieces on the ground) in getti8ng this repaired?

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
