Hello Xfinity. Thanks for making me come to the Community Forum page because apparently, I have no way of getting in contact with a rep through chat on Ask Xfinity. Anyway, last week a third party contractor came out to my house to bury the orange cable line in the ground. With pure laziness, they damaged the line causing my internet to drop connection and have high packet loss. Can someone please contact me so we can set up an appointment for a tech to come out to fix this issue? Again, thanks for making me post on the Community Forum, fix the Ask Xfinity link so I chat with an agent not from the forum.
