Damage
I’m putting this in writing despite having called and spoke to representatives three times, 12/19/25, 1/9/25, and today 1/12/25 concerning the damage your technician did to our home. Your technician surged our power while on the pole and cause our furnace to need a $600 repair and ruined my refrigerator causing us to need to buy a new one for $2,100 totaling $2,700 in damages. I still have no resolution from your company. I will be taking this complaint to small claims if not resolved today.
