damage to yard and mailbox from digging

After installation of new underground lines in our yard, our mailbox is now unstable/ wobbly. The lines and new underground box were installed directly beneath our mailbox (like 2 inches away). During the winter the ground was frozen solid, but now after the digging work and the ground thawing, the mailbox is suddenly unstable. Also, the lawn/ grass were damaged in the area. Fixing the mailbox is now complicated because of digging right at the cables. Also, I am an old lady and not able to do it myself. I have not been able to figure out how to contact the right party at Xfinity to fix the damage; I mentioned the concern to workers but they were subcontractors and unable to do anything about it. I would have appreciated communication about the work, and a contact number for problems. At this point, I need Xfinity to take accountability to fix the mailbox and grass; also the choice of placement necessitates securing the mailbox better (concrete?) or in a different location away from the cable box.
