Damage to property
Comcast, long story short, our neighbor requested the box that feeds our internet on their side of the fence, be moved to our side. Comcast hired 3rd party and they completely damaged my fire pit that I just had completed for my wife’s birthday. They ensured me it was going to be a seamless transition and would not notice a new box. Well they lied. Since then trying to figure it out with our local Comcast store, they came to bury the line. The 3rd party that buried the line moved my rocks, boulders, mulch, and ripped my weed barrier fabric to the point I have to remove my rock and replace the fabric or else weeds will get everywhere. I’m so upset. They completely ignored the way I wanted my line buried. It has been over a month and I cannot get ahold of anyone at our local store and everytime I come in they tell me to be patient. I’m over being patient since it’s been over a month of nothing. The lack of communication is why we are in this predicament. I don’t know what needs to happen, but I’m very close to canceling all of my services and going somewhere else. I have a relative who said they would fix it (I won’t mention the competitors name)… please help me. I’m moments away from returning all of my equipment and canceling.
