Damage to new sod

The HOA made us get new sod due on the left side of our house due to some areas dying. While the company was de-thatching the lawn to plant new sod they cut the wire by accident. I requested that Xfinity do not bury the wire until the sod has fully rooted after two weeks. They buried it anyway. The two technicians they sent out to bury the line made a mess out of the area. I saw some pieces completely flipped over so it's guaranteed to die in areas now since the the roots were not lying flat on the soil. What can I do about this?
