Damage to my property from Comcast cables

I live in Chicago, and the Comcast cables for my property and the next door property go over my garage. All of the cables are laying on my shingles or slapping against the side ot the roof. When it's windy, the shingles move underneath the cables. I haven't lost any shingles yet, but it's only time till that happens.

I need this addressed. Everytime I see an XFinity truck nearby or in the alley I ask them to address it, and they say they'll "put in a ticket".

How do I get this adressed??

I can't figure out how to send a PM. The link you included is a 404 error code.

Why does Comcast make this so difficult?

Who should I contact, and how?

Oh no! My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. This is definitely not the way we want you to feel. As a paying customer myself, I can relate as I sometimes feel this way when trying to get help on social media. I can certainly help turn that around. To send us a private message, simply click on the chat icon located in the top right corner of our forums page when signed in. Once there, you can search for "Xfinity Support" to compose your direct message.
