Damage To My Car By A Xfinity Service Man In A Work Truck

A week ago my car was damaged when a man working for Xfinity and driving work truck number 16209 backed up and smashed the front of it.  I tried to go file a claim and the insurance information he gave me is invalid with the company he gave. I am trying to find a way to get in touch with this guy so he can pay to fix the damages he has caused. If I can't locate him or get the correct insurance information I will file a lawsuit with Xfinity for hiring dishonest people who do damage and don't take responsibility.
