Damage to Lawn

I have called your customer service number far too many times in the past 6 months (12/7/22, 5/8/23, 5/25/23, 6/11/23, 6/14/23) to request repairs to my lawn for damage created when Xfinity dug several holes in my front yard to replace a service cable for our subdivision.  My lawn remains damaged.  I have spent several hours calling, messaging, and chatting with your customer service line and several days waiting for a response or service reps to arrive at my home.  This is getting beyond ridiculous.  Please help.
