Damage to Home

Before you tell me to click on a dang chat button in the upper right, there isnt one. So let's move on to some helpful support. 

I had my internet for 2 weeks, yes that is right 2 weeks, before my house caught on fire due to your cable box. My internet was not working, I tried the assistant to no avail. Went out to the box to see it consumed in fire and smoke. Put it out, thankfully, but not before it burned and melted some of my siding. I need a ticket to get reimbursed for this mess up. Until your box got put up my house has not had 1 fire. When I talked to the tech, he said to call the main number, that is a joke. I do not want to get lawyers involved, but I will if need be.
