Damage to home during install
Purchased a new home, moved in, and ordered install of xfinity service in January of 2025. I’ve since had two service calls to report damage, with the most recent one being Sunday, July 8, 2025, at 8 am with Michael to report damages. I’ve still not received a call, email, or any correspondence from a supervisor or the company. And I noticed my appointment now looks canceled. The bubbles appeared in March after the century rains and have grown to cause the paneling and wall to be deformed some 4 months later. Even more of an issue, I’m going to have to battle with mold because of the excess moisture in the insulation. The bubbles correspond where they drilled through the brick to tack the line up.
