Damage to front yard

Xfinity drilled a hole in our drainage system when installing our neighbor's internet service. We now have a sinkhole in our front yard, extensive damage all along the front yard, and more. Our neighbor also has extensive damage and a flooded basement. We have contacted you multiple times, and still no one has come out to remedy your major mistake.
