Damage to condominium electrical services
URGENT – Xfinity technician cut multiple building cables, including our electric entry system, and I have been told nobody will attend until Sunday
I need urgent assistance from Xfinity regarding serious property damage caused by an Xfinity technician today.
The technician attended my building to run a new cable for my service. During that work, he cut through several existing cables. This is outrageous and have already escalated the matter however been told an earlier appointment is not possible. This is an Xfinity issue. It’s impacting access to 20 homes, Fix it today!
