Damage to cable box on my property
During the winter I received messages indicating Xfinity was upgrading my service and would be working on the road and my driveway to enhance my experience. At one of the boxes along my private driveway, the truck slid in the snow off of the driveway and destroyed the cover of the cable box. The lid was left nearby and pieces of the box and debris was left all around the box where the cable goes underground. I assumed that Xfinity would be back to fix the destroyed box but its been months and the pieces are still lying in the woods. I guess the team responsible is hoping we wouldn't notice and it would be forgotten! How do I get someone to come out and fix this eye sore on my property and prevent animals and vegetation from getting into the space?

Hey there user_ubfk8x 👋 We always want damaged or broken boxes of ours to be addressed asap, so I appreciate you coming to our forums to let us know about what happened along your driveway! We definitely understand the potential safety concern it could turn into, so if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, I'd be happy to make sure the right local teams are alerts to get things taken care of 👍
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
