Damage my property
A subcontractor was installing a new cable to my neighbor's house when he came to the door and asked if I had a sprinkler system in my property, my wife told them. Yes, and then he said he would run the cable around the sprinkler system. He did not do that, he cut the sprinkler system and now the sprinkler system does not work and he pulled the property marker out of the ground, so he's on my property, not the easement. And he the damage to area by the road with his machine and never put dirt down or grass seed.In those areas workmanship here is horrible.I feel that they should come out and repair it all.I have a case number right now that I am waiting on a call back and seem not be able to get any answers from this case number [Edited: "Personal Information"]
