Damage - Liberty Mutual Claim

I had sustained damages from my coaxial service line being improperly grounded. My claim was submitted to Liberty Mutual back in July and not only is this still unresolved but they have been completely unresponsive to my calls or emails for the past 60 days. My next step is to seek legal counsel/action.

@XfinityGabby Yes, I reached out to the Damage Claim coordinator back in September and I believe he reached out to them but it seemed like it was pretty much Liberty Mutual's responsibility at that point. I also copied Ian White at Comcast Executive Customer Experience on my latest email to Liberty Mutual since he initiated the claim for me.
