Damage done to yard and property caused by Xfinity
My yard and property was damaged when Xfinity/Comcast installed lines. I am not a customer of Xfinity. I have a brand new home and spent thousands on my yard. I have done the text chat endless times and talked on the phone countless times. I have had my ticket escalated several times. I have been promised someone would reach out to schedule a visit to look at the damage several times and never hear back. I keep being told different things. I need someone to actually resolve my issue. I highly recommend staying far away from xfinity or comcast. They are dishonest and have the worst customer service in existence.

I have contacted support endless times, both on phone and via chat. They just bounce me around to different departments and never resolve anything. In fact, I have been going in circles with them for the last hour as I am in a chat currently. They keep saying the "backend" team is trying to reach out to me, but I do not get any of the calls. They then say they can't since the address is an old address. My damage Ticket is [Edit: Personal Identifiable Information]. I am keeping record of all the time and endless chat messages and phone calls I have made with no resolution. I also have photos of damage.
