damage done to my light and post outside

a month i had comcast xfinity put up lines in my backyard

they entered without even asking like it was their home

then after they left i noticed a broken light that costs with repair 1200

i called made a claim which is # [Edit: Personal Information Removed]

i was told someone will reach out to me

its been a month

i got a police report if you need it

im reaching a point where i will hire a lawyer not just for the broken light but for the hours spent trying to reach anyone 

is that how you treat people?
