Damage Claim
Hello, my husband and I are in the process of moving into our new rental property. Of course we need WiFi and had issues setting it up ourselves. The Xfinity worker who came out was quick and efficient, however he broke a part of the back porch that was used to access the connector box. I initially offered to hold up the opening of the porch but he insisted on finding a way to prop it open. Once he was finished, instead of telling me— he tried to make it look normal. So once he left, I noticed the wooden boards were crooked and not laying flat. The handle portion had been completely disconnected from the other boards. How do I go about resolving this?
