Damage Claim

A guy came to set up my internet at my newly built home in Crosby, TX on August 8th. He drilled a hole in my wall without my permission and left the exterior of the hole completely uncovered leaving access for anything outside to get in, it also rained 3 times since then. Another technician came out today to fill the hole with silicone and he did the best he could but it’s still overall a poorly done job. How are we going to fix this?
