Damage claim

Hello. Our Xfinity modem was damaged during the recent storm and was replaced by Xfinity. At the same time, our PlayStation 5 stopped working completely and won’t power on. We’d like to file a property damage claim to investigate whether the power surge came through the Xfinity equipment and caused the damage to our PS5. Could you please help us start the claims process?
