damage claim
i’ve already called the Xfinity support line and spoken with several people
Makiva and Lichelle on different dates stated that they started a damage claim for me and I was supposed to be getting a link to submit photos.
The link never came with Lichelle. However, with Makiva I did receive the link and submitted the photos and still have not heard back in the 24 hour business day. I was supposed to
