Damage Claim

I have had a damage claim open for 2 months with no resolution..  any suggestions?

I have the technician backing up, hitting and breaking our basketball hoop on ring cam...  i opened the claim the date it happened...  no on at xfinity has been of any help...

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I have done that.  I have called the 1-800 # numerous times.  I have gone to my local xfinity store.  I am getting NO resolution or help from Xfinity.

Did this every get resolved? I have the same thing, underground sprinkling line cut with no resolution for 5 weeks.
