Damage Claim
The line bury team caused severe damage to my property and I need to file a claim. Directions clearly stated to call ahead and homeowner must be present. I contacted the bury manager the week prior just in case was planning to come, noting that we would be unavailable this week, but they chose to ignore my message and showed up that week unannounced resulting in necessary professional repairs to the damaged they caused that I had to pay for.
I do not see any direct message ability on this page.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
Also, make sure you go into your Forums User profile and make sure you have Direct Messaging turned on.
