Damage Claim

Comcast cable is attached to my house and during a wind storm, the cable line pulled off my siding.  I filed a damage claim with Comcast and it was closed the next day with no explanation of how Comcast would pay for the damage.   I did receive a notice indicating that Comcast is going to take the line off my house and bury it.  When is this happening?  I woke up Thursday morning to find Comcast wandering in my yard.  I asked him why he was there and he indicated that he was checking out where the line would be buried.  I asked him about the damage to my house and he indicated that he was calling a supervisor.  I have not heard back.  Today 6/23 Comcast shows up to my door and when I ask why (through my Ring Camera as I'm not home) they say they are there to look at the Cable?  The cable that needs to be addressed is outside.  This person did not speak English

Chat asst is worthless.  Waiting to speak to a live agent is 45 mins to an hour.  This type of disregard to Comcast/Xfinity customers is unacceptable.  As Comcast/Xvinity is the only option is some areas, this needs to change and maybe some media attention, a report to better business bureau and possibly legal action are the channels to take to make change.  With all the messages here, it doesn't seem like much has been resolved.
