Damage Claim
I called my local xfinity rep on 12/14 to open a claim because when the fiber optics were ran into my house, the technician drilled a hole through my sewage line. I have sewage dripping out of the hole in my kitchen and through the subfloor into my basement. A technician came out on 12/17 to assess the damage and said a claim would be filed with insurance and we would hear from them within 48 hours. We never heard from insurance and have since called and emailed our local representative and the person assigned to our claim and can’t get ahold of either of them. I called the general xfinity customer service number and they were not able to help me. I really need to have this fixed so I can use my main bathroom again and so I can get the sewage cleaned up from my house.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
