Damage Claim
Xfinity came out and cut my AT&T fiber line and I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks and when I do all they do is make a damage claim and I never hear back from anybody and this is getting incredibly frustrating. How can I go about getting this issue fixed because now AT&T is charging me money even though it was clearly Xfinity‘s fault . The screen protector is cracked already. I did not drop my phone yet. I did not drop my phone in here

The concern is not "E-mail" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_s7i2su, and thanks for reaching out to us here on Fourms for help with your damage claim. You have come to the right place to get the help you need!
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
