Damage Claim

Hello I had similar situation on July 22-23. We had a lightening near /on top of our house and had no internet, TV or phone service. It took sometime to get Comcast crew as all Neiborhood was affected. Per Comcast repair person fuse/protection device on the entrance to my house was "melted" and had to be replaced. I had multiple problems throughout the house: burned ethernet switch box, burned electronics from security system and video equipment.
