Damage Claim Status
I thought I posted something but don’t see it. I had a damage claim closed for the 3rd time 2 weeks ago. I called when it was closed and was told someone from “the back office” would be contacting me in a few days. I haven’t heard anything since then and want to know what the status is. Our sewer line was damaged, which cause damage to our basement.
