Damage claim from recent service done.

Techs came out to run a new line under ground. Nothing was scheduled and no notification the work was going to be completed. They ran the line fine. However, when they blew the concrete up. To run the line under the sidewalk. They blew it far too much. Now the concrete is 1 to 1 1/2 inches higher than the rest of the concrete. The bigger concern is the gaping they left. Almost the entire concrete pad they lifted has massive gaps around allowing a large amount of Watertown seep underneath. This is going to cause structural damage. This is both a tripping hazard as well as a structure issue now. Please let me know what you need from me. Need this resolved before it becomes a bigger issue!
