Damage claim form?

Had a service appt today. We had some sort of surge and four surge protectors and a computer are toast! I smelled a horrible smell, the power flickered a few times, I even asked about the possibility of a power surge while he was working. It is obvious something happened to damage things. How do I file a claim or something? It's a gaming computer and my kid isn't very happy 😔
