damage claim for sprinkler line being cut

Today, while burying a Xfinity cable line to a neighbor's home through our yard, the employee cut right through a hose in our in-ground sprinkler line.  This took place even after showing him the exact locations of our sprinkler heads/lines.  I am trying to seek reimbursement for the repair of that line.  A response would be appreciated.
