Damage claim denial

I submitted a damaged claim October 10th and did not receive phone calls or updates on the matter. I provided picture proof of the damage they created by trenching in my backyard. They severed sprinkler system electrical cords. This was not found until I needed to blow out my sprinkler system before winter came, and they were no longer getting signal to operate. I had to pay a professional to come back out, find the problem with the sprinklers, fix it, then be able to blow out the lines so they would not become damaged in the winter months. I escaped the matter with Xfinity, and they denied any compensation. Before I write the the attorney general and get the county involved, I want to know if there are other options.

user_p664nl Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team. This would be a frustrating experience. I would be delighted to assist you with getting to a resolution regarding the damage to your sprinkler system. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Question and concern wasn’t answered. I’ve already posted in the forum. It doesn’t give me a solution.
