Damage claim assistance

Good afternoon, if anyone is able to provide some assistance I would greatly appreciate it.

I submitted a damage claim in December regarding a cut sprinkler line. Not a big deal, but it is a brand new house we just closed on two days prior. One issue was they covered up the damage and placed the line back underground so it wouldn’t be noticed. After creating a sinkhole due to the saturated ground, I discovered the issue.

I checked back in January 13 and was reassured it would be settled within 3 weeks.

I checked back in again mid February and was again reassured I would have resolution within 1-2 days.

one last call was late February and was advised I would have resolution the following day and the ticket would be submitted straight to upper management.

it’s now March 9 and I still have not heard back from anyone. I’ve already had the area repaired on my own dime but this is now about being completely dismissed for months.
