Daily outages

Why have we been having daily outages in our area (NW Philadelphia) every day multiple times a day for over the past week due to "network damage"? My wife works from home and this is very disruptive.

user_nzu6rv, hello there and thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry for the frustration these repeated outages have caused, especially with your wife working from home. I know how disruptive that can be. Our teams have been actively working to repair. In some cases, this type of damage requires multiple rounds of restoration work, which can unfortunately lead to intermittent outages while repairs are completed. Did you receive any notification of repair ETA?

Yes, we receive a notification each time, but that's not the point. The problem is that this is at least the third time it's gone down today alone. Why is this happening every day?
