Cypress tornado

We have been without internet since the tornado last Thursday.  Now going on 5 days.  It has been extremely frustrating knowing all the surrounding neighborhoods are back online and we can’t even get an update nor are we allowed to talk to a human.

both my wife and I work from home and are currently unable to do our jobs.  We just want an honest update and expectation of when it will be fixed

Same response. Different day.  No honest answer.  The whole area has power as of yesterday.  Still no internet.  What if it’s a problem with the equipment on our house from the tornado? Or the equipment in the neighborhood? Not possible?  Why can’t I talk to a human about upgrading my internet?  This is ridiculous.
