Cut tubing causing water leak
Hello, on 05/23/22 i noticed a leak on the inside of my garage. After troubleshooting, i realized that rain was coming in form the outside of the wall due to the orange tubing that was cut off by a Comcast tech during my 2nd to last Comcast appointment. This tubing protects the wires going from the attic to the outside/exterior of the wall. One tech came out to look at it and stated all he could do is caulk the hole/gap to try to fix it. Late last year a tech came out to look at my equipment due to me getting slow speeds over a gigabit connection. He decided that my wires needed to be pulled from the outside and put inside my garage. In the process of pulling the wires he cut off the protective orange tubing which also prevents water from getting inside the wall. How can this be properly fixed sine it was one of your techs that caused the issue?
