Cut outside cable

Hi, I was mowing the yard the other day and I accidentally cut the outside orange cable and I have no internet. I was texting the xfinity assistant and apparently someone was supposed to come Saturday to fix it and no one showed up. I need someone to come change the cable as soon as possible.
