Cut line?

We are the only ones that lost internet service in our neighborhood and we are trying to confirm that our line was not cut by a disgruntled neighbor. Customer service was less than helpful along with the AI. So who can we can we contact to find out if it was cut?

Aside from this, this post is also annoying seeing that every time I try to add a tag like "Customer service terrible, annoyed! It deletes what I wrote and says there was and issue and team would be notified 🙄.

user_ookna7 - Hi there, and thank you so much for reaching out to us here in the Xfinity Forums. We truly appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating it must be to deal with a cut line — I’d absolutely be looking for answers too if my services were interrupted. You’ve come to the right place for help, and we’re here to support you through this. Just to clarify, are you seeing a line that appears down, damaged, or visibly cut? As a quick reminder you can report an issue like cut or down line here. And of course, our team can help too. I always recommend checking the Xfinity app whenever there’s a service issue. It can show if there’s a known service interruption in your area, and if not, you can use the app to run troubleshooting steps right from your device. Have you had a chance to inspect the line to confirm your suspicion if it was cut and check your account status in the app? If you’ve already tried some troubleshooting, feel free to share what you’ve done so far — we’ll take it from there and work together to get things resolved.
