Cut irrigation power cable when xfinity was installed

Hi there we had xfinity installed back in Sept of 2022 and the guys cut my power cable to the irrigation system. 
I have not even tried using the irrigation system until now as the estate was in probate and we were obligated to leave everything as is until probate was over. 
What actions should I be taking ?
